Terms & Conditions Security Deposit: A $300.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation and will be returned to you within 15 days of departure, pending cleaning and unit inspection. This deposit is NOT PART OF RENT. Payment: Due upon arrival in the form of Cash, Cashiers Check, Travelers Check or Money Order. We do NOT accept credit cards. Cancellations: Weekly Rentals - 30 days notice required for deposit refund. Monthly Rentals - 90 days notice required for deposit refund. Cleaning Fees: $75.00 (two-bedroom units), $90.00 (three-bedroom units). Sales Tax: 12.5% on all rentals of six months or less. Tax is calculated on rental rate plus cleaning fee. Arrival/Departure: Check-In 3:00pm-5:00pm (Late arrivals must notify Office before 5:00pm) Check-Out by 10:00am Rental Restrictions: NO pets allowed in most units. Pet-friendly accomodations are VERY limited and require a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. NO smoking NO boats, trailers or RVs allowed on the premises
